I can’t believe Day 6 is over! To be honest I don’t feel like I’ve lost weight at all, but I do feel healthy and it’s great to take a break from meat, and junk food. It’s also good to have started training my body to eat small frequent meals. I’ve been conscious with the times I eat 🙂 I’ll definitely do my best at keeping a healthier eating lifestyle 🙂
So… Here’s how Day 6 went!
Yes, Enchanted was part of breakfast! Giselle and Robert were great a great company with my meal. Haha! I’ve always liked lentil on my soup but didn’t expect lentil with rice to taste good 🙂 I think that’s what’s great about The Sexy Chef. A lot of their meals are unexpected, at least for me, combinations yet they go perfectly together 🙂
The Alkazest Juju juice is a repeat flavor from Day 2 of this program. The Juju cleanse juices have been so good that I would’ve never thought they’re “cleansing” juices had it not been for the name. Haha! 🙂 The Apple crumble was definitely rawlicious :D! It’s similar to the Mango trifle and Banana Carob crunch from Days 2 and 4. As I’m a girl with a sweet tooth, these dessert snacks have got to be my favorite from this whole program! Haha!! 😉
The cranberries on the salad added the perfect flavor to it!! I loved, loved, loved it! 😉 The chickpea soup was also good, for me, coz it had that certain sweetness to it. Yup, anything sweet I pretty much like. Hehehe 🙂
Haaayyy, last meal of the day! These noddles were good, but I’ve got to say that out of the noodles and pastas that have been served in this program, the Japchae and Pad Thai are my top picks! 🙂
So today I just received my last delivery for this program. I kinda feel sad. Haha! I’m sure I’ll be ordering more from the Sexy Chef. They really make veggies taste delicious! You guys HAVE to check them out. I’m sure from their a la carte menu, to their different programs, you’ll find something that will truly suit you and satisfy your palette! 🙂
See you all for Day 7 and good night!! 🙂
