Day 7!!! Whew! It’s been a great week and just when I thought I didn’t really lose weight, I measured my waistline today and actually lost almost an inch. Hehehe! Hey that’s some result for a week’s worth of healthy eating! I do intend to keep eating well. Hehe 🙂 here’s how it went!

I can’t believe Day 6 is over! To be honest I don’t feel like I’ve lost weight at all, but I do feel healthy and it’s great to take a break from meat, and junk food. It’s also good to have started training my body to eat small frequent meals. I’ve been conscious with the times I eat 🙂 I’ll definitely do my best at keeping a healthier eating lifestyle 🙂

Ahhh Day 5 flew by quickly! It’s been great eating healthy the last few days and I have been good with saying “No” to people trying to offer junk food just to entice me on purpose. Haha!! So here’s a peek of how this fifth day went with The Sexy Chef’s Eat Clean Detox Program.

Although it was still raining yesterday, it didn’t hinder The Sexy Chef from delivering my meals for today on time. Whew! Day 4 was off to a good start! 🙂

Breakfast:
As I mentioned in my Day 3 post, I saved yesterday’s breakfast for today, so I was really eager to taste the food!

Sexy Chef’s Eat Clean Detox Program Day 3

Due to the heavy rains, The Sexy Chef was not able to deliver my meals yesterday as scheduled. They, however, sent an email with meal options in case they wouldn’t be able to deliver food this morning. 10am came and I had to eat breakfast. No delivery yet so I had to make my own meal! Dun dun dun… So this is how Day 3 went!

Breakfast:
According to their email, I could make my own warm lemon water by squeezing 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and mixing it with a cup of hot water. Good thing I was able to save an extra packet of stevia powder from The Sexy Chef the other day, so I was able to sweeten it a bit. After making the lemon water, I chose the easiest meal to make out of the options given–instant oatmeal! Yay!😁 I also found their suggested coconut sugar at Kang’s, our small but filled with hard to find goodies local grocery store 🙂
